		<description>I am almost 60 years old, have knee injuries, foot problems....etc.  I tried Bikram and first thought it may not be for me due to my injuries. I found out just the opposite! I have only gone about 7 times, but I already feel much less pain in my knees and feet due to the flexability. I can&#039;t say enough good things...</description>

		<description>Love it!  Just started it in June and had never tried any kind of yoga before.  I have worked myself up to 3 times a week...and at 5:30 in the morning (the room is way less hot/humid).  Hoping that I can keep it up!</description>

I tried Bikram yoga twice and while I liked the intensity of the class I don&#039;t think I could do it all the time because it is the exact same sequence EVERY class. I like to try new poses, and I like vinyasa.</description>

		<description>Looooove Bikram! I use to do it constantly and then when I moved I was unable to find a place that had classes so I am really missing it! I can&#039;t do a lot of those poses in it i am just not that flexible!
