Ruth Rogers’ passion for fitness and health started at an early age being involved in several sports such as gymnastics and diving. Going into college she majored in Kinesiology and graduated from California Baptist University in Riverside California in 2007, specializing in exercise and nutrition. Currently she is going for yet another degree in Nursing at Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. As a wife, barista and nursing student, she finds it very important to find a balanced and healthy lifestyle, which is not easy by any means.

This blog is designed to help women strive to live a healthy lifestyle, allowing women of all ages to not only look their best but to live out their dreams and feel good about themselves.
