Cauliflower Mashed Potato Recipe

Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes e1321918419224 Low Calorie Cauliflower Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

- 1 Medium Cauliflower Head

- 2 Tablespoons Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

- 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

-  1/8 Teaspoon Chicken Bullion

- 1/8 Teaspoon Black Pepper

- Salt to taste

Directions:

1.) Bring a medium pot of water to a boil

2.) Cut cauliflower eat into small pieces and place in boiling water for approximately 6 minutes

3.) Drain water from pot and place cauliflower into mixing bowl of food processor

4.) Combine cauliflower with non-fat greek yogurt, garlic powder, chicken bullion, black pepper, and salt. Puree till smooth

5.) Enjoy
