With September in full swing, we can finally enjoy Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Lattes, the cool and crisp weather as the red, orange, and yellow leaves scatter on the ground. Oh I just love fall! By favorite part of Fall is Apple season. Nothing tastes better than a crispy apply, freshly picked from a tree. I love going up to Oak Glen around this time of the year in So Cal when the weather starts to cool off and sample all the different apples and drink hot apple cider while visiting all the random stores, picking apples, and feeding the animals at the animal park.
Picking apples straight from the tree leads to some great great low calorie, low fat recipes… grocery store apples just can’t compare to the taste of those from the tree. If you are obsessed with apples like me, than you will love this recipe!Picking apples straight from the tree leads to some great great low calorie, low fat recipes… grocery store apples just can’t compare to the taste of those from the tree. Mmm, apple pie is one really great thing about Fall … and I’m lovin’ this crustless recipe .. yum!! : )
mmmmm…. sounds delicious!!! I need to try it out!
my favorite brand is fuji and gala apples. Just eat them plain!
I love crustless apple pies. Thanks for the recipe! I like fuji apples.
Thanks for the recipe!! I put it in my archives
I LOVE apples, especially gala, and like you I love to eat them with peanut butter. I am sorry to hear you are now allergic. I hear soy butter is a great substitute, and some brands taste VERY similar to pb!
I love Golden Delicious the best – just the right amount of tart and sweet, and everyone in my house will eat them, too. Thanks for the recipe…sounds yummy.
INCREDIBLE autumn season treat!
Crustless?!… sounds amazingly simple. I’ll have to try this out. My favorite apples are probably Gala; I love just eating them plain. Oh now I’m hungry for an apple.
Awesome! You always have unique/great looking recipes–thanks for sharing
I just made an apple pie last week with Paula Red apples I bought from a farm stand way out in Long Island. Gary loved it. I am not a pie fan, but I love to cook make them. The smell while it was cooking was AMAZING. Like you said…apples and cinnamon are a fantastic combination.
This sounds SO GOOD!!!! Thank you so much for posting this
Fall is definitely my favorite season
yum your recipe for crustless apple pie sounds soo good. i love pink lady apples too! i like eating them plain or with cheese (i love PB on everything except for apples–kind of weird huh?) have a great day
that is a great recipe, thanks for sharing! i love apple pie, the more cinnamon the better. and of course, having it a la mode doesnt hurt
that is so sad you are allergic to PB! im so sorry! so you just developed an allergy? how did you know, like what were the symptoms? that is horrible
my favorite apple variety is the honey crisp apple! i like eating it just by itself.
OMGOSH! I used to LOVE going there! I did not know you are in So cal. we moved to Texas 2 years ago from Rancho Cucamonga!
My favorite is apple crisp, that stuff just knocks me over when i eat it, it’s so sugary.
YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the autumn for all the spices & smells!!!! I actually have a good apple recipe coming up for my post tomorrow so check it out!
Me, I love Fuji apples with PB, dipped in yogurt, baked with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice & more….
LOVE the fall flavors!
Crustless apple pie is one thing we all love! Another apple treat we do often in the fall is baked apples! Another Yum!
I like Gala for eating, and Granny Smith for pies.
Thanks for posting this great recipe!
I am a big fan of the Pink Lady, Jazz, and Honeycrisp apples. I also like Braeburns and Fuji, but they aren’t as consistent as the others I mentioned. I hate to read you developed an allergy to peanut butter. That almost made me shudder. I love pb and apples. Have you tried apples with Walnut Butter? I have a recipe for Super Walnut Butter on my blog that is outstanding with apples.
great recipe! can’t wait to pick me some apples and whip up tons of treats
I love fall and I love apple pie!!!
I love hot apple crisp from Oak Glen. We were there on Monday! Very thankful that the fires didn’t touch the apples or the village. Thanks for the new recipe.
LOVE apples. Besides popcorn they are my favourite food ever.
I like Spartans the best, but Pink Ladies are pretty good. They taste sooooo good with PB2.
I love pink ladies and granny smiths! Sweet and sour!!
I’m going to have to try out that crustless pie! YUM!!!

Delicious, thank you so much!!! I love apple pie. I’m a definite Fuji girl! They have to be sweet & CRUNCHY!
Sounds delicious! I’m going to have to give it a try.
I come from upstate New York, where Macintosh and Cortlands rule. I make applesauce with a 50/50 mix. For pies (and I love this crustless recipe!) I use all Macintosh b/c they just about turn to mush when cooked. Most people like a crisp apple for their pies, but not me!
I love Pink Lady apples, too! I saw them at the grocery store last night for $1.99 a pound (pretty cheap!) and was psyched until I realized that they were all bruised and banged up…bummer
Thanks for the awesome recipe…nothing’s better than apples in the fall
I don’t even like crust anyways, so I’ll definately have to try this!
I’m sorry, being healthy’s important and everything, but an apple pie is useless without the crust. You might as well just eat apple sauce. But thanks for the recipe anyways, my friends will love it!

OMG I might have to make this tomorrow!!!
My favorite are Honey crisp! I eat them straight up as a snack or with peanut butter for breakfast or pre-run fuel!
I just had honey crips apples for the first time this weekend, they were amazing!
This is a great recipe. I hope I get to make it today. Apples, I love apples, cooked, warm and aromatic.
I am not a pie crust person.
You have to express more your opinion to attract more readers, because just a video or plain text without any personal approach is not that valuable. But it is just form my point of view
sounds great! fuji is my fav
