Crystal Light Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Fiber One cereal
– 4 tbsp. LAND O LAKES Whipped Light Butter (melted)
- 1 3.5oz package of Jello Instant Sugar-Free Lemon Pudding Mix
- 1 3.5oz package of Jello Instant Sugar-Free Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 large container of Crystal Light Lemonade drink mix
- 8 oz Fat-Free Sugar-Free Cool Whip
- 3 1/2 cups Fat-Free Milk (I love Almond Milk… and it’s only 40 calories)
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- To make the pie shell, blend up fiber one cereal to make a bread-like consistency
- Mix fiber one cereal with melted butter
- Spread into a non-stick pie dish
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Set aside to cool
- Mix together the vanilla and lemon pudding mixes, crystal light, and milk
- Fold cool whip into mixture
- Pour the mixture into pie shell
- Put pie the refrigerator for a few hours or until chilled
