I hopped on board the “no fat” diet train a few years ago. Worst.period.of.my.life…and no carbs? yeah right!

I hope it’s a myth, but the no eating after 8, 9 or 10 p.m. always bugged me. I just don’t get it!

well, I used to reject ALL carbs, except for fruits and veggies…that was BAD. REALLY bad…

Very interesting clip!! My diet myth was that eating at scheduled times and not after a certain time would help you maintain a weight–so wrong!! I was eating when I wasn’t hungry, starving at night, etc. Now I eat when I want and whatever time and surprisingly it actually works better!
