EatSmart Products loves you all so much that they have decided to give away one Bathroom Scale to a SheFit Reader . One of you lucky ducks has a great opportunity to share in my excitement of owning a brand new Precision Digital Bathroom Scale.

Last Week I shared with you about the struggles many can face when owning a scale. The obsession of numbers on a scale can take quiet the toll on one’s emotions. However, utilizing the EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom Scale using SheFit’s Healthy Weigh-In Habits can be very beneficial as a motivation to lose more weight and track one’s progress.

In the past few months I have been tracking my weight loss journey through EatSmart’s Precision Digital Bathroom Scale and I couldn’t be more pleased with my scale. It’s quick and easy to read. With the EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom Scale, the numbers are large enough to meet any eye condition and it doesn’t force you to bend down to read the number. Not to mention the excitement of getting off the scale each Sunday to see a smaller number.

Now who is ready to win an EatSmart Precision Digital Bathroom Scale?

Counting carbs (no more than 30 total per meal) and walking with my kids…then watching the numbers on the scale get lower & lower as I get smaller & smaller!

I plan to count calories. I am so bad with keeping track of what I eat and how many calories I’ve eaten. I’ll be using my Lose It! app for that.

I depend on my Wii Fit scales to measure me right now – which is down in my B&B – I would love scales in my private bathroom. I work out on the Wii, I do Zumba and I walk and swim when I can. I count calories and stepping on the scales are what scares me the most. But these are so pretty, I’d step on them every day!

I plan on losing weight by measuring all of my meals and using portion control. I use measuring cups now but a scale is more accurate.

I have never been good at counting calories or keeping track of what I eat. I do okay when I am at work but when I get home I bake all sorts of naughty things. I need to count my calories and realize what I can and can’t have and start to exercise at least 3 times a week.

43 Sue Williams February 25, 2012 at 11:54 am

I write down everything that I put in my mouth. By tracking what I eat I have lost 48 pounds so far and plan to lose another 25 by the end of this year. I like weighing myself about every third day just to help stay on track.
