		<description>I love green smoothies!!  I use fresh spinach leaves and I&#039;ve never had a crunchy smoothie.  My favorites are:
banana, mango,o.j.  
I also love to add a tbsp of peanut butter once in a while.  Tastes soooooooooo good!  I&#039;m so hooked on these.</description>

		<description>The best combo for a newbie is definitely 1 frozen banana, fresh spinach (lightly steamed), and vanilla soy milk... when I first started drinking them I also added stevia but now I can make mine bitter and be satisfied with that, just take it slow! Good Luck!</description>
