Low Fat, Low Calorie Egg Nog Recipe

* 4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

* 1 cup Egg Beaters

* 1 package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix

* 1/8 teaspoon Salt

* 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

* 1/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg

Directions:

Whisk together Almond Milk and Egg Beaters. Add instant pudding mix, salt, vanilla extract, and nutmeg. Whisk for several minutes. Refrigerate until served or heat up for an instant cup of holiday goodness!

Serving Size: 8oz

Thanks so much for this recipe! Love that it’s made with vanilla almond milk! Haven’t tried the unsweetened version yet, but I bet it’s good! I like how easy it is to make this and how much better it is for you!

Use rum extract in place of vanilla for even stronger eggnog flavor! Yum!

What a cool idea. Almond milk is the bomb – love it for modifying recipes to be dairy free. And what a great flavor to add to egg nog!
