5 Guys Burger & Fries... Not So Healthy

Some people think that eating out at restaurants and/or fast food chains are impossible when striving to live a healthy lifestyle, especially when losing weight. However, I believe that it can actually make eating healthy quiet easier. All you need is a little knowledge on the restaurants nutritional information and have your plate picked out prior to entering in the restaurant. This leaves no room for temptation!

Below you will find links to several well known restaurants & fast food chains that will give you a run down of the healthiest and worst plates to choose from with nutrition facts.

good morning fir girl!
i was hopping you could put healthy eating options up for IHOP, white castle, popeyes and friendlys. These are all places my family loves to go to and because im a healthy eater(i do like my fries) i never go with them. It would be nice to have options that wont inhibit it me to go.

My boyfriend loves to go to Chick-fil-a and Chipotle. Could you please add those to the list?

We usually go to Appleby’s, Ruby Tuesday’s, Olive Garden and Bob Evans. Any info on any of these restaurants?
