Once a week, at Weight Watchers.
When I decided to make some changes in my life, I threw out my scale. It’s much healthier for me (mentally) to not have that temptation to obsess in my house.
I usually do once a week but sometimes I forget, if I obsess about it then it gets really bad, especially as I haven’t really lost any weight yet.

i actually haven’t weighed myself in months — my nutritionist has taken over that job for me .. and i have to tell you, it’s liberating! it’s nice to not be a prisoner to the scale and just live based on how you FEEL rather than what that silly number says.

What an adorable cartoon! I usually don’t weigh myself (and NEVER around that time of the month!) unless I feel a change in how my clothes fit.

I actually weigh myself every day. I tried the once a week thing and I’ve tried the “how my clothes fit” but for me (ME) it didn’t work. Weighing myself every day (or almost every day I sometimes skip a day) works great for me so I do it.
I think it’s all about what works for you.

I weigh myself about once per month just to make sure things are still “okay.”
Very clever cartoon! I weigh myself most mornings as soon as I wake up. I’ve heard that this is the time of day get the most accurate weight measurement, since you haven’t put anything into your body yet. That being said, I don’t put too much stock in what the scale says. I go more by how my clothes fit.

Weighing? Once in a great while out of curiosity.
I weigh once a day but I really use how my clothes fit as my guide. I started this more as I aged & I really needed to pay attention to how age & hormones was effecting my body.. but it really comes down to how those clothes fit & if they are still working for ya. If they are getting tight OR you can’t get in them, time to re-evaluate!!!
My weight fluctuates at least 3 pounds in a day, sometimes more so ….
I don’t weigh myself very often. I just eat healthy, workout and not really worry about it. But when I was trying to loose weight, I weighed about every day and it was great motivation to keep going. Now I’m working on building muscle so I don’t so much care about my weight.
I weigh myself every Tuesday and Friday. I can’t do it every day! I made myself crazy doing that last year.
I used to weight myself about 3 times a week, now it’s next to never. I think the number really means nothing, as long as I’m eating healthy and sticking to a good diet plan
Every morning, when I was dieting.
I weigh myself everyday, both while I was losing all my weight, and now. For me, although I know some may disagree, it helps keep me accountable. Not obsessed though!!
I weigh myself whenever I see a scale cause I don’t own one. Usually like once a week or so at a friends house.
