Good stuff! It's so easy to let an excuse become a habit. And a day become a year. And a plethora of excuses to become extra fat. And with that, I'm headed out for a jog this morning!! A great way to wake up the day...

Love the statistics! The one about kids is so true! I get exercise walking with my daughter. Yes, I actually let my 1 year old walk on the sidewalk with me rather than ride in the stroller and it wears her out for bed time! I also let her ride in the stroller while I jog on the trails. She loves it when we go fast! The park is great too.

When I used to be able to workout- I was ADDICTED to working out! Nothing could keep me away from the gym. Unless I was tired, then nothing could drag me out to the gym.

My doctor told me I should exercise in the am instead of the pm. I thought of a ton of excuses why I can't but now maybe I can see them for what they are!

You're right, there is no good excuse! We just have to get up and get moving, and then the motivation will usually follow!
