I don’t really eat what is traditionally viewed as snack foods so my fav snack lately has been some frozen blueberries with some greek yogurt. I let the yogurt sit in the bowl with the berries in the freezer for a couple mins until it slightly freezes. It’s my version of frozen yogurt ;)

As far as the pretzels, I would pick the everything flavor. I used to be a sucker for everything bagels!

I would pick the peanut butter and chocolate- Yum!

I like whole wheat crackers and hummus for a snack.

hmm….i’m not much of a snacker, although toasted cinnamon pretzels sound really good right about now! i’ll have to keep my eyes out for them :)

I’d think i’d probably go for the Tuscan three cheese one! They sound delish, i’ll definitely have to look out for them.

Anything that crunches makes a good snack in my book! Some of my favorites are Food Should Taste Good chips (cheese flavor is the best!), jicama strips with dip, and celery spread with peanut butter.

The toasted cinnamon and peanut butter/chocolate pretzels sound wonderful!

I’ve seen these at the store and wondered if they were any good. Anything with chocolate or peanut butter is a winner in my book. :)

Oh my gosh, those chocolate and peanut butter ones look so delish!

My favorite snacks are usually a fruit with some fat and protein, like a pear and some walnuts, or a a banana with a smear of peanut butter. =)

There is always good snacks out there, sometimes you just need to search harder or pay a bit more. I love pretzel crisps though, they are perfect for on-the-go healthy snacking!

Hey Ruth! My favorite snack is hummus and pita bread! Mmmmm!! I’ve never had this particular brand of pretzels, but I actually just wanted to share with you that I purchased the exact same kind of pretzels from Trader Joe’s the other day called “Pretzel Slims.” They are TJ’s own brand and are only 110 calories for 23 pretzels! If you have a TJ’s in your neck of the woods, you should give them a try! You get 12 more pretzels for the same amount of calories as Pretzel Crisps! ;-)

Sorry, no. Their ad campaign is horrendous: ‘You can never be too thin’. Who would eat a snack that uses slogans that promote disordered eating?
