Strawberry Crepe 300x225 Low Calorie Crepe Recipe

Breakfast and Dessert are my two favorite meals of the day, so why not combine them together? Nothing says breakfast better than something sweet and tasty… right?

Crepes… they sound intimidating, don’t they? Well have no fear, these little guys don’t bite and friendly for all types of meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert.

Crepes are similar to pancakes, however they are paper thin and used as a wrap for all types of fillings . . . They are better than any fluffy pancake out there.

the first time i had crepes was at my polish friend’s bday party a few years ago.. i think there were blueberries in sauce that we used as a filling. SO GOOD! i love the idea of lower calorie ones.. gives me an excuse to eat more! hehe. i always thought of crepes as dessert but wow how awesome that u could totally put eggs and such in them! thanks <3

One of my favourite crepes is a buckwheat crepe with sauteed mushrooms. The place that I get them at always has maple syrup at the table and when I am almost done and there is a little bit of crepe left (untouched by mushrooms) I drizzle just a bit over the remnants. It is to die for! Thank you for the recipe!
